Round/angular ends, rings or lids are manufactured by this line automatically. This line consists of:

1)      MAC/1020 Automatic Strip Feed Press

2)      MAC/266 Lid Curling Machine

3)      MAC/185 Automatic Lining Machine

4)      MAC/375-D Vertical Oven

5)      MAC/160 Stacking Unit

The ends which are pressed by MAC/1020 Automatic Strip Feed Press are transferred to the MAC/266 Lid Curling Machine by conveyor. Pre-curled ends are fully curled in lid curling machine. The curling operation is created out between the inner rotating curling disc and the outside stationary ring segments. After that, curled ends are sent to MAC/185 Automatic Lining Machine in order to apply the sealing compound by nozzle. For drying of the sealed ends, they are fed to the vertical type pocket oven one by one. Finally, they are stacked in horizontal stacking unit.
